All the prices displayed are in USD
Payments can either be made in USD through Paypal or in AUD through either PayPal or bank transfer
Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval
Money should not be transferred before I agree to make the piece and receive the payment. If this occurs and I can't make the artwork, you will not be refunded!

The time it takes to finish your commission usually varies from 3 days to 2 weeks, depending on factors such as the complexity of the commissioned piece, my own availability and health, whether or not I am working on other commissions as well, the amount of changes made to the piece during the drawing/coloring process and so on
I will always let you know if I am unable to continue working on your piece and, in that case, you will be fully refunded

I will need you to send me at least 1 reference image in order to make the drawing as close as possible to your idea. There are in total 3 URL fields in the inquiry form, 1 of which is necessary while the other 2 are optional. I nonetheless recommend to fill them in too, as this will result in more accuracy in the final work! Also, feel free to send as many references as you want during our email exchange, before I start coloring
You may request your piece to be modified twice over the making process
While I WILL send you the final sketch for approval, the second revision is optional and has to be explicitly requested
Unless there has been a misunderstanding from my side, a fee will be added for changes on the final drawing. The extra fee will be fixed by me on an hourly wage

There is no physical product
I will send a high quality image in a printable size (3840×2560 pixels) and a web-friendly sized file as well, upon request
Images will be sent to you by email

I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork but NOT over the idea/concept behind it

I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms
I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and in my portfolio, specifying it was commissioned and not my own idea
You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social media as long as you give me credit for it and do not claim it as your own.
You may NOT upload the artwork displayed on this website on your social media or any other website without my consent
You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (by reselling, redistributing, making prints, etc.)
You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my consent
You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP) over the idea/concept behind the artwork
In some cases, the commercial rights to the image may be purchased

You are entitled to a full refund if:

- I am unable to start or continue working on your commission

- You cancel your order before I start working on it

- The final product offends you or doesn't conform AT ALL to what we agreed upon during our email exchange, of which I will keep a record as evidence
You are NOT entitled to a refund if:

- I expressively reject your commission proposal and you send me money anyways (meaning you ignore my decision not to work on it)

- You do not like the style of the final piece or change your mind and do not let me know before I start coloring.
To prevent this from happening, I will ALWAYS send the lineart/sketch for approval and you are welcome to contact me anytime to discuss changes. Notice that this has to happen BEFORE I start coloring in the style we agree upon (of which you have samples on this website)
If you are getting a refund, please contact me instead of requesting a Paypal chargeback: I will charge the money back by myself
